  • 1/2 cup raspberry puree
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and combine well.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Once cooled, spread raspberry puree over the cake and roll it tightly.
  7. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then frost the rolled cake.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
