  • 1 pound turkey breast
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay the turkey breast flat on a cutting board.
  3. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer turkey bacon and chicken ham over the turkey breast.
  5. Add spinach evenly on top.
  6. Roll the turkey tightly from one end to the other.
  7. Secure the roll with kitchen twine.
  8. Place in a baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  9. Let it rest before slicing.
