  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed red velvet cake and melted butter.
  3. Press this mixture into the bottom of a cheesecake pan.
  4. In another bowl, mix together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  5. Add in the pureed strawberries, then gently fold in the whipped cream.
