- 1 can chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
- Add all ingredients, except for the seeds, to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adding water if needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- In a small pan, dry roast the sunflower and pumpkin seeds until golden.
