Smoked Cajun Burgers with Cheese – Juicy, Spicy & Loaded with Bold Flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Form patties and place them on the smoker.
  4. Cook for about 1 hour, flipping halfway through.
  5. Add cheese slices a few minutes before they are done.
  6. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.

Notes

  • Adjust the level of Cajun seasoning to taste.
  • For extra spice, add sliced jalapeños.
