- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with Cajun seasoning.
- Form patties and place them on the smoker.
