  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cabbage by removing the core and separating the leaves.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, rice, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place a portion of the mixture in the center of each cabbage leaf and roll them up, tucking in the sides.
  4. Layer the cabbage rolls in the slow cooker, pouring the tomato sauce on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the cabbage is tender.
