Slow Cooker Steak and Cheddar Potato Casserole

A comforting and easy dish made in a slow cooker, featuring steak and cheddar potatoes.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef steak, cut into cubes
  • 4 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, layer the diced potatoes and onions.
  2. Place the cubed steak on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle the minced garlic over the steak.
  4. In a bowl, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Pour over the steak and potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the steak is tender.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt before serving.
