Slow Cooker Nacho Soup

A hearty and delicious slow cooker nacho soup perfect for chilly days.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced peppers
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 cup corn

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
  2. Add in the diced onions, peppers, turkey bacon, black beans, and corn.
  3. Stir well and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. During the last 30 minutes, add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add jalapeños.
  • Top with sour cream and additional cheese before serving.
