  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the chicken broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, and parsley.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Before serving, add the egg noodles and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
