- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
