  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Pour in white wine, bring to a simmer and reduce slightly.
  5. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and parsley. Mix well.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and combine.
