  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes, poke with a fork, and bake for about 1 hour or until tender.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and add chopped turkey bacon and mixed vegetables, cooking until heated through.
