  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pitas
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture and place them on a sheet pan.
  4. Cook the chicken in the oven for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the pitas by filling them with lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
  6. Once the chicken is done, slice it and add it to the pitas.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
