  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat pitas
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Warm the pitas in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Once cooked, slice the chicken and fill each pita with chicken, greens, tomatoes, and drizzle with herby ranch dressing.

Notes
