  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat pitas
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup herby ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Warm the pitas in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Assemble the pitas by placing mixed greens, chicken, tomatoes, and drizzling ranch dressing inside.
