  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle half of the chopped turkey bacon over the potatoes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the potato and bacon layer.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, bacon, and cream mixture.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
