  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced turkey bacon and chopped chicken ham, cooking until slightly crispy.
  4. Add the rice to the pot and stir to coat with the oil.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  7. Fluff with a fork and serve hot.
