- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
