Protein Pancakes

These protein pancakes are not only easy to make but also fluffy and deliciously healthy, perfect for a nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cinnamon or other spices to the batter.
  • These pancakes can be frozen and reheated in a toaster.
