  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onions over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Drain any excess fat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a separate pot, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  5. Combine the cooked noodles with the beef mixture and stir well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, you can substitute ground turkey for the beef.
