Pesto Pasta with Crispy Parmesan Chicken

A delightful combination of pesto pasta and crispy parmesan chicken for a quick weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove chicken and allow to cool; then coat with grated parmesan cheese.
  5. Return to skillet and cook until cheese is crispy.
  6. Toss cooked pasta with pesto sauce and serve with sliced crispy chicken on top.
