Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  4. Add eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the diced peaches.
  7. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
