  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Slice the French bread in half horizontally and spread cream cheese evenly on each half.
  2. Add sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Reassemble the bread and place it in a prepared baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
