- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in the sprinkles and let dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll dough out, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar, then roll into a log.
- Slice the log into rolls and place in a greased baking pan.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, preheat oven to 350°F and bake rolls for 25-30 minutes.
