  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the buttermilk mixture and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. In a baking dish, toss chopped potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Remove chicken from the marinade and place it on top of the potatoes in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
