- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 medium potatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a large bowl, combine buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the buttermilk mixture and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
