- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the fettuccine and cook until al dente.
- Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped turkey bacon.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
