One-Pot Creamy Lemon Garlic Parmesan Pasta

A delicious and creamy one-pot pasta dish made with lemon, garlic, and turkey bacon.

  • 12 ounces fettuccine
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same pot, heat olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil. Stir in the fettuccine and cook until al dente.
  4. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and juice.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped turkey bacon.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
