One-Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 taco seasoning packet
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef.
  2. Add taco seasoning, beef broth, and salsa; stir well.
  3. Bring to a boil, then add elbow macaroni and reduce heat.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Garnish with cilantro and black pepper before serving.
