  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), matcha powder, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and dark chocolate chips.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  4. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
