These No-Bake Chocolate Avocado Truffles are an easy and indulgent dessert option that combines rich chocolate flavor with the creamy texture of ripe avocados.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocados until smooth.
  2. Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions using a cookie scoop and roll into balls.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set.

Notes

  • For a different flavor, try adding a tablespoon of almond butter to the mixture.
  • These truffles can be rolled in chopped nuts or coconut for added texture.
