No-Bake Banana Cream Pie

  • 1 premade graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with the confectioners’ sugar until soft peaks form.
  2. Spread a layer of vanilla pudding in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  3. Add a layer of banana slices on top of the pudding.
  4. Spread half of the whipped cream over the bananas.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  6. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before serving.
