Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooled pasta, corn, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
