  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet.
  3. Add garlic and vegetables, sauté until tender, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Return chicken to skillet, add oregano, salt, and pepper, and stir to combine.
