  • 2 cups butternut squash, cubed
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts and butternut squash with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
