  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 large ripe mango, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Add diced mango and mix gently.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  5. In the morning, stir the mixture and serve with additional mango on top, if desired.
