Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup spinach
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Pour in egg whites and cook until set, gently stirring.
  5. Fold in turkey bacon and season with salt and pepper.
