Low Carb BBQ Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup low carb BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture.
  4. Place chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  5. Last 5 minutes of cooking, brush BBQ sauce on both sides.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken thighs for a few hours.
  • You can also bake the chicken thighs in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes if you don’t have a grill.
