Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the ricotta, sugar, and butter until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice until well combined.
