Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded lettuce, carrots, and cucumber.
  2. Add the imitation crab meat and gently toss to combine.
