HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken and cook until chicken is cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, mix cornstarch and water, then stir until thickened.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and coat in the sauce.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
