  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add the diced chicken ham, bell peppers, and green onions to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and scramble until the eggs are fully cooked.
