1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon
1 cup chicken ham, diced
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup lasagna noodles
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
In a large pot, cook the turkey and turkey bacon over medium heat until browned.
Add the chicken ham and garlic, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Pour in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth, bring to a simmer.
Stir in the lasagna noodles and Italian seasoning, cook until noodles are tender.
Remove from heat and stir in ricotta and mozzarella cheeses until melted.
