  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey and turkey bacon over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the chicken ham and garlic, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the diced tomatoes and chicken broth, bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the lasagna noodles and Italian seasoning, cook until noodles are tender.
