- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken breasts to the pot, followed by the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
