These Hawaiian Roll Egg Breakfast Sliders are a delightful combination of flavors from turkey bacon and chicken ham, making for a perfect breakfast option.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 slices chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Pour into the skillet and scramble until cooked.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and butter the tops.
  5. Layer the bottom halves with chicken ham, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and cheese. Place the tops back on.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
