Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Using a sharp knife, make thin slices in each potato, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
