- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil.
