Gluten-Free Green Bean Casserole

A delicious and healthy twist on the classic green bean casserole, featuring gluten-free ingredients, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can gluten-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the green beans to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine green beans, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper.
  6. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with gluten-free breadcrumbs.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding a dash of Worcestershire sauce to the mixture.
  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
