Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss to coat well.
  3. Thread the chicken onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the skewers during the last minute of cooking.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
