GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN AND RICE

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes on each side.
