  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup diced apples
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add in the milk, mashed banana, honey or maple syrup, and stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in the diced apples, blueberries, and nuts if using.

  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
