  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in a mixture of buttermilk, curry paste, fish sauce, and honey for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oil in a deep frying pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour with garlic powder and onion powder.
  4. Dredge marinated chicken in flour mixture and fry until golden brown.
  5. Cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  6. Assemble sandwiches with chicken, bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes on buns.
  7. Mix mayonnaise with lime juice and spread on the sandwich.
