- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 carrot diced
- 1 zucchini diced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 red onion diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
